BM Salons 

We founded BM Salons because we share a passion for helping salon owners transition smoothly when selling their businesses.   Becky has run a successful salon for many years and is now focused on growing the BM Salons group.  

Becky was looking to build a team to help go through that journey and Fin and Moley - whilst not being Salon focused - can offer the right blend of commercial and acquisition experience to deliver the vision of a salon group.  Together we make a great team covering off Salon experience and commercial experience.    

Moley has had a military and corporate career and has been in the travel industry for many years and is now focused on building a small business group as he transitions away from flying.  Moley's focus is on our customers and sellers.  He is ensuring that we create the right balance on the commercial deals that will help the owners of the salon transition away from the running of the business.  Moley is likely to be your first contact with BM Salons and he will bring Becky and Fin into the process at the right time.

Fin has a background in corporate businesses like NatWest and Vodafone but then went on to become a consultant for many large scale businesses before setting up his consulting and recruitment business which is still running successfully today.  But like many business owners Fin wanted to change direction so sold his business a few years ago - his experience in both buying and selling businesses is key to creating balanced deals with Salon Owners.
